Half Way to Spring

Yesterday was the halfway point to Spring- hooray! I have a walking route through my neighborhood I like to do, but this morning I added an extra loop through the local nature preserve (Kleinstuck). As much as I’m looking forward to spring, the way the light was hitting the frozen landscape made me appreciate the freezing temps.

New Books in Great Series

We’re always thrilled when one has, or is just on the horizon. It can be even more exciting spotting one unexpectedly on the library or book store shelf! Easy Reading Games

I’ve been tutoring elementary kids in reading for a few years (with almost one year of that being tutoring using an Orton-Gillingham curriculum through a local reading center called SLD Read).
